Sharing

LostBatch may allow you to share content with selected people.

When you intentionally share content with another person, you understand that the recipient may be able to access that content according to the permissions you provide.

You are responsible for deciding what you share and with whom.

"For Later" and future-delivery features

One of LostBatch's features allows you to prepare content intended to become available at a future date or under a future condition.

You understand that:

These features are not a substitute for:

• A trust
• Estate planning
• A power of attorney
• A legally binding inheritance document
• Professional legal advice

LostBatch does not determine who legally owns your property or estate.

If you require legally enforceable estate instructions, consult a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LostBatch for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account
• Circumvent security controls
• Interfere with the operation of LostBatch
• Reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted by law
• Scrape or systematically extract information without permission
• Upload malicious code
• Impersonate another person
• Harass or threaten others
• Use LostBatch to distribute spam or scams
• Abuse automated systems

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LostBatch and its operators, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

This may include losses resulting from:
